Please read these terms carefully before using Bazaar Scorez.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a merchant on Bazaar Scorez, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Bazaar Scorez acts strictly as a credit scoring and data management intermediary platform. We provide software tools to help you manage your customer credit (Udhari).

2. Merchant Legal Liability

Important Declaration:

As a merchant, you hold complete and exclusive legal liability for the accuracy and authenticity of all credit entries (Udhari) you register on our platform. Bazaar Scorez is not liable for any false, malicious, or erroneous entries made by you. Any legal action or dispute arising from a false entry will be solely the responsibility of the merchant who recorded it.

3. Data Privacy & Protection

We take the privacy of your business and your customers seriously. We employ industry-standard security measures (including 256-bit SSL encryption) to protect your data.

No Data Selling: Bazaar Scorez will never sell, trade, or leak your genuine customer data to third parties or other vendors.
Algorithm Use Only: Customer data is strictly used by our proprietary algorithm to calculate a dynamic Bazaar Score and alert you of potential defaulters.
Your Data is Yours: Your customer list remains strictly confidential and accessible only to you through your dashboard.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

The "Demo / Try Mode" provides a limited quota of 7 searches and 7 entries. Once this quota is exhausted, the trial is permanently consumed for your credentials (Mobile Number / Aadhar / GST). To continue using the platform, you must upgrade to a paid subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Account Termination

Bazaar Scorez reserves the right to suspend or terminate any merchant account that is found to be abusing the platform, uploading false KYC documents, or deliberately submitting fraudulent credit entries.
